A Child’s World

I’m so confused,

I’m a child still growing,
Into a new world,
Expected to play the part,
Of mature, responsible me,
But I get so confused,
Between acting and reality,
I don’t understand,
Why I’m forced to grow up,
To act so much and be who I’m not,
Some days I’m high,
But when I hit low,
It feels I’ve hit rock,
And then gone below,
I’m just trying to help,
I’m not used to this world,

Why I can’t just live in a child’s world,
